Hubb Makapuus are the new fin endorsed and tested by Hubb himself. After many prototypes he finally okayed this design for his official fin. Based on the same mold as the original Makapuus, these are made with a stiffer rubber for more propulsion and have added features like a neoprene fin pad (with velcro making it removable) around the heel as well as a neoprene pad glued to the roof of the foot pocket, and tethers for comfort and safety. These are definitely the hot ticket item this year, be sure to grab a pair before they are gone. IMPORTANT: We have found these fins to run about one-and-a-half sizes small. Example: The size large says 11-12 1/2, but I would say it's going to be for a 9 1/2-11 shoe size. This is not a guarantee of fit, just our experience.
